About Paneer Kadai Recipe

Succullent Paneer,Capsicum in authentic tomatoes gravy done without onions .Ginger garlic paste with seasoning of red chilli kashmiri,kootillal and Corriandercummin powder Tomato puree added to grated fresh tomatoes gives the gravy the right texture. Capsicumpieces flavour well.Paneer tastes yumm after simmering in the gravy.

Paneer Kadai

Ingredients to make Paneer Kadai

  • 500 grams paneer cut in square pieces
  • 250 grams capsicum cut in cubes
  • 300 grams tomatoes
  • 2 tblspn oil
  • 1/2cup tomato puree
  • salt to taste
  • 1tblspn red chilli kashmiri lal
  • 1tspn garam masala
  • 1tblspn corriander cummin powder
  • 1tblspn ginger garlic paste

How to make Paneer Kadai

  1. Grate tomatoes
  2. Cut squares of paneer
  3. Cut cubes of capsicum
  4. heat oil now ,saute grated tomato
  5. Add ginger garlic paste here
  6. Add1/4th tspn turmeric
  7. Add salt too
  8. Saute well add tomato puree
  9. Add the spices now and stir 4-5minutes
  10. Add paneer pieces now and simmer curry on slow flame ten minutes
  11. Serve hot
  12. Serve hot

My Tip:

Use some tomato sauce for sweet dour flavout after gravy ready
