Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200gm paneer
  2. 1 chopped capsicum
  3. 2-3 chopped onion
  4. 2-3 tomatoes
  5. 1 chopped red bell pepper
  6. 1 tbsp Ghee
  7. 1 tbsp oil
  8. 1 spoon cream
  9. 1 tbsp kadai paneer masala
  10. 1 tsp deggi mirch powder
  11. 3-4 cashew
  12. 1 tbsp corriander seeds
  13. 2-3 cardamom n cloves
  14. ginger ,garlic
  15. Cinnamon stick
  16. 1 tbsp salt
  17. 2-3 red chilli
  18. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  19. 1 cup water
  20. 1 tbsp corn


  1. Take a pan corriander seeds, black pepper,red chilli,cloves,jeera n cardamom roast it in low flame until nice aroma coming , keep aside.
  2. In same pan put oil n ghee let it heat now deep fry paneer until brown.
  3. Take out paneer n in same pan fry onion n capsicum n red bell pepper for 4-5 min.
  4. Now take out n in same pan put ginger garlic , onion saute for 2-3 min.
  5. Now add tomatoes n cashew n let it cook until tomato Become soft.
  6. Now let it mixture cool completely n grind it like smooth paste.
  7. Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee let it heat now add jeera let it crackle then add puree .
  8. Cook it for 4-5 min now add kadhai masala,degi mirch,salt let it cook another 2 min.
  9. Now add fried capsicum, onion n paneer n 1 tbsp corn.
  10. Add cream n water n let it cook another 5 min.
  11. Meanwhile grind it roasted masala n spread in curry off the flame n cover with lid.
  12. After 5-6 min ready to serve
