About Chicken Meat Balls Recipe

A lovely hit recipe for parties liked by grown ups to the kids. Made of minced boneless chicken with egg and bread crumbs, soft and fluffy from inside. Serve as as starter or as a snacks with any dips.

Chicken Meat Balls

Ingredients to make Chicken Meat Balls

  • 250 grams of boneless chicken
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 3-4 tablespoon of bread crumbs
  • 3-4 pods of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/3 tablespoon of pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Chicken Meat Balls

  1. Finely mince the chicken, onion, garlic together. Marinate it for 20 minutes, then add salt, turmeric powder, pepper and lemon juice.
  2. Mix an egg, bread crumbs to it.
  3. Now make small balls with it and deep fry them in low heat
  4. Serve hot with onion slices and with any dips.

My Tip:

Fry them in low heat And serve any dips.
