Ingredients to make meat balls

  • mutton mince 300 gm
  • egg 1
  • onion 1 big chopped
  • garlic chopped 1 tbsn
  • ginger chopped 1 tspn
  • tomato 1/2 kg chopped
  • cheese grated 3 tspn
  • tamarind paste ( my secret ingredient ) 1 tspn
  • sugar 1/2 tspn
  • salt to taste
  • Italian seasoning 1/2 tspn
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tspn
  • olive oil 1/2 cup
  • bay leaf 1

How to make meat balls

  1. in a mixing bawl add mince egg salt . Italian seasoning black pepper powder cheese half each of ginger garlic onion mix well
  2. make small balls
  3. shallow fry
  4. in a pan add olive oil 3 tspn add ginger garlic onion bay leaf
  5. add tomato chopped. salt sugar tamarind paste meat balls and water 1 1/2 cup
  6. Cook on low flame for 30 minuets
