About Eggplant meat ball Recipe

Its one of healthy recipe.for those kids who do not love eggplant.try this recipe and share with your kids Am sure they gonna love this recipe.

Eggplant meat ball

Ingredients to make Eggplant meat ball

  • Eggplant 2 medium
  • chicken mince 250 grams
  • Bread slice 2piece
  • onion chopped 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cpriander 1-2 tablespoons chopped
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper 1 teaspoon
  • garlic paste 1/2teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt 1/2teaspoon or as per taste
  • Garam masala powder 1/2teaspoon
  • Refine oil 1cup for frying
  • refine oil 1teaspoon for greasing hand
  • cornflour 1/2cup
  • water 1/4th cup
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Cornflakes 1/2cup
  • Grated mozorella cheese 1 teaspoon

How to make Eggplant meat ball

  1. Fire roast eggplant with skin over high flame until skin is brunt
  2. After completing eggplant look like as show in picture
  3. After that remove roasted black skin
  4. In mixture grinder jar add roasted eggplant
  5. Then add chicken mince
  6. After that add bread slice
  7. Then add finely chopped onion
  8. Add butter qube or melted butter
  9. Add chopped coriander and cumin powder,and garlic
  10. Now add black pepper powder
  11. Add salt to taste
  12. Then add garam masala powder
  13. After that grind them until well combined on medium speed and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  14. After 30 minutes take out eggplant mixture from refrigerate
  15. In a large plate combined bread crumbs and ground cornflakes.
  16. In other bowl add cornflour and water and mix all for liquid batter
  17. Then grease your hands with pinch of cooking oil,and make a small small meat balls of equal sizes from eggplant mixture and 1st coat in liquid cornflour mixture, then coat it with bread crumbs and cornflakes mixture
  18. After that in a deep kadai heat cooing oil
  19. Then fry eggplant meat ball one by one on low flame until brown and keep it aside
  20. Put in on serving plate and garnish with some grated mozorella cheese
  21. Serve hot with favorite sauce

My Tip:

Inplace of chicken mince you can use mutton mince as well.
