Khasta Chhupa rustam

Ingredients to make Khasta Chhupa rustam

  • 1 tbsp boil potato
  • 1 tbsp french beans
  • 1 tbsp corn
  • 1 tbsp carrot
  • 1 tbsp cabbage
  • 1 tbsp paneer
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp green chilli
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/4 tsp haldi
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp oil for stuffing
  • 1 tbsp lemon nuice
  • oil for frying
  • For dough----
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • water as required

How to make Khasta Chhupa rustam

  1. Chop all vegetables
  2. Heat oil in pan add jeera
  3. Add ginger and chilli
  4. Add beans and carrot
  5. Don't cook too much
  6. We want a bite
  7. So add cabbage and corn
  8. Cook little
  9. Add potato and paneer
  10. Add spices and mix
  11. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves
  12. Stuffing is ready
  13. For dough----
  14. Take flour salt and oil
  15. Add water and make dough
  16. Leave it for 20 min.
  17. Then roll down
  18. Take a mould and set roll disc in it
  19. Fill with filling
  20. Remove extra dough
  21. Make add customs like that
  22. Heat oil and fry all
  23. Serve hot with sauce
