Ingredients to make Vermicelli cake

  • Vermicelli - 100 gram
  • butter -2+2 tablespoon
  • sugar - 3tablepsoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2tablespoon
  • maida - 3/4cup
  • Milk - 1/2cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2tablespoon
  • eggs - 2
  • Condense milk - 3tablespoon

How to make Vermicelli cake

  1. In a pan add butter and roast the vermecillen.
  2. In a bowl add 2 tbsp butter and sugar beat it well.
  3. Then add eggs and beat it until it gets fluffy.
  4. Then add maida and baking powder.
  5. Then add vermicelli and milk to it and also condense milk.
  6. Add vanilla essence to it.
  7. Pour the mixture in a grease pan and bake it at 130degree for about 45mins.
