Fresh cut vegetables in mayonnaise dip

Vegetable shooters

Ingredients to make Vegetable shooters

  • eggless mayonnaise 1/2 Cup
  • Raw capsicum (1/2) in each color
  • Raw carrot 1 (peeled)

How to make Vegetable shooters

  1. cut capsicum and carrot into thin strips upto size of finger length and keep aside
  2. take 4 mini shot glasses or small glass/plastic cups and add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise into each cups
  3. place the thin cut capsicum and carrot dipping in mayonnaise filled cups with mixed colors
  4. serve chilled for crunchy salad

My Tip:

Capsicum can be replaced with raw/cooked (beans, cucumber, zucchini) whatever vegetables you are comfortable Mayonnaise can be replaced with our native/regular chutney like groundnut chutney it coconut chutney
