Ingredients to make Holi recipe Panipuri

  • 15 readymade puris
  • Boil mung dal- 1 bowl
  • Boil chane- 1 bowl
  • Boil potatoes- 2
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • Greenchillies- 2
  • salt
  • Kalanamak to taste
  • lemon juice
  • pepper
  • Meethi chutney of aamchur powder or imli

How to make Holi recipe Panipuri

  1. Make meethi chutney with aamchur powder, jaggery boil and let it cool. Add salt, chilly, jeera powder, blackpepper.
  2. Make green mint pani with mint leaves, coriander, Greenchilly paste crush in mixie small jar. Add Kalanamak, lemon juice, salt. Keep in fridge or add ice in water. Add require water in paste.
  3. Serve with stuffing puri with cubed potato, mung, Kale chane with salt and red chilly. Serve with pani and meethi chutney.

My Tip:

Keep water in fridge to enjoy in summer.
