Ingredients to make Nankhatai

  • 200gm refined flour
  • 120gm powder sugar
  • 120gm ghee
  • 50gm dry grated coconut
  • 2 TBL spoon Gram flour
  • Half tea spn ilaichi powder
  • 1tbl spn rawa

How to make Nankhatai

  1. TAKE 200 GM MAIDA TWO TBL SPN BESAN AND ONE TBL SPN RAWA
  2. 120 GM PWD SUGAR 120 GM GHEE 50 GM GRATED COCONUT ILAICHI POWDER
  3. TAKE A BOWL PUT DRY INGREDIENTS
  4. GIVE A MIX
  5. ADD SUGAR AND COCONUT
  6. MIX
  7. ADD ILAICHI POWDER AND GHEE
  8. MIX ALL THIS WITHOUT PRESSURE
  9. ITS START BINDING
  10. TAKE SOME PISTACHIO ITS OPTIONAL
  11. MAKE THEM CRUMBLE
  12. TAKE A BAKING TRAY
  13. MAKE MEDIUM SIZE BALL
  14. SHAPE THE BALL N PUT SOME PISHTA ON IT
  15. MAKE 12 PIECE FROM HALF OF THE DOUGH
  16. BAKE IT IN PREHEATED OVEN
  17. BAKE AT 200 % FOR 20 MINUTES
  18. ITS DONE
  19. I MADE 25 PIECES
