Sauted Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts with Tofu.

Ingredients to make Sauted Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts with Tofu.

  • Brussels sprouts 6 to 8 .
  • Tofu pirces 8. ( Square cut)
  • onion chopped 1/2
  • garlic minced 1 tbsp
  • butter 2 tsp
  • olive oil 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste.
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Cajun seasoning / roasted garlic .

How to make Sauted Garlic Butter Brussels Sprouts with Tofu.

  1. Heat oil add stir fry Tofu pieces little brown. Take out in an absorbent paper.
  2. Keep aside. Add butter in the same pan.
  3. Add garlic , saute for a minute. Add onions and saute a little.
  4. Now add Brussels sprouts. Add salt, pepper.
  5. Saute till done, it will change the colour.
  6. Add seasoning. Add Tofu. Add Chopped coriander leaves.
  7. Enjoy your healthy snacks.
  8. Enjoy with glass of juice.
