Creamy Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients to make Creamy Garlic Brussels Sprouts

  • Brussels Sprouts 250 grams
  • butter 1 tablespoon
  • garlic Creamy cheese 1 Tablespoon
  • salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch slurry 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • Milk 2-3 Teaspoons

How to make Creamy Garlic Brussels Sprouts

  1. First wash Brussels Sprouts and cut them into half.
  2. Take a pan and put it on a Gas stove and add butter in it
  3. Saute Brussels Sprouts in it for few minutes.
  4. Add Garlic Creamy cheese in it and mix it well.
  5. Then add salt and pepper in it and mix it well
  6. Take a microwave safe bowl and add it in the bowl.
  7. Then add cornflour slurry and milk in it.
  8. Add scrapped cheese on the top and heat it till the cheese gets melted.
  9. This creamy texture dish tastes so well that everyone would love it.

My Tip:

Instead of butter you can use olive oil.
