Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha 2 cup
  2. Mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
  3. Peas 1/2 cup
  4. Curry leaves 5-6
  5. Oil 2 spoon
  6. Onion 1 chopped
  7. Tomato 1 chopped
  8. Potato 1 boil and chopped
  9. Green chilly 1 chopped
  10. Cabbage 1 /2 cup chopped
  11. Lemon Juice 1 Spoon
  12. Sugar 1 spoon
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Turmeric powder 1/4 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a poha. Washed it and rest For 15 minutes.
  2. Then take a pan add oil.Add mustard seeds. Curry leavesand peanut..Add all vegetables and saute it .
  3. Then add tomato.Then add salt and turmeric powder.
  4. Add sugar and lime juice.
  5. Then mix well.
  6. Then add poha.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
