Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 potatoes boiled
  2. 1/2 cup grated cottage cheese
  3. 1 cube processed cheese
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. 1tsp corriander
  6. 1tsp oregano and chilli flakes seaoning
  7. 3tsp corn flour

Instructions

  1. Mix grated cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, and all above ingredients together
  2. Set aside for 30 mins to set
  3. Make round shaped cakes of the mixture
  4. Heat oil and fry till golden brown
