ABOUT Tiny suji mexican bites RECIPE

This is a tasty ,sweet and spicy recipe because it has salsa sauce in it alongwith sauce .lovely crunch of sweet corn and onion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup suji
  2. 1 large boiled potato
  3. 1/2 cup Buttermilk
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. 1 tsp Salt
  6. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Topping---
  9. 1 tbsp Butter
  10. 1/4 cup chop onion
  11. 1/4 cup green capsicum
  12. 1/4 cup boiled corn
  13. 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  14. salt as per taste
  15. 1 tbsp salsa sauce
  16. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  17. For cheese sauce--
  18. 2 slices of cheese
  19. 2 tbsp Milk
  20. Pinch of pepper
  21. 1 tsp salsa sauce for garnish
  22. Coriander leaves
  23. Onion rings

Instructions

  1. Heat pan add butter
  2. Roast suji
  3. Add buttermilk and stir
  4. Mix finely till become thick
  5. Then turn off gas and cool
  6. Then add boiled mashed potato
  7. Mix salt, flakes and coriander leaves
  8. Mix and make like dough
  9. Take plastic sheet ot baking sheet and roll down
  10. Cut in desired shape
  11. Heat oil and fry them
  12. Heat butter in pan add onion and saute
  13. Then add capsicum and cook
  14. Add corn and flour
  15. Cook little
  16. Add milk and salt and cook
  17. Lastly add salsa sauce and tomato sauce
  18. Mix them and our topping is ready
  19. Cheese sauce---
  20. Heat a pan add cheese and milk
  21. Stir continuously till cheese melt
  22. Mix finely add little pepper
  23. Now serving--
  24. At the time of serving take suji round and top with filling
  25. Add cheese sauce upon it
  26. Then salsa sauce or schezwan sauce
  27. Garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings
