Ingredients to make Healthy Suji Bites

  • 2 cups Suji (semolina)
  • salt to taste
  • 3 +1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tsp Kasuri methi
  • oil for frying

How to make Healthy Suji Bites

  1. put suji in a mixer jar and grind make like a flour
  2. now put grind suji in a mixing bowl
  3. add 3 tablespoon oil salt as per your taste and kasuri methi
  4. mix everything together nicely
  5. now add water and make a dough soft like chapati
  6. sprinkle some water on dough and keep it for 15 minutes
  7. after 15 minutes now use oil on your hands and mash the dough very well make the dough smooth
  8. now divide the dough in 4 portions and make balls
  9. take a ball roll it thick and cut small square pieces with knife
  10. make all like that than take a fork
  11. put a square piece on backside of fork
  12. now press with finger and make it thin
  13. now start rolling from one side to another
  14. make all like that or if you want any other design you can do
  15. now deep fry on medium heat until golden brown colour
  16. let it cool down then you can keep in airtight jar
