Tatta kudum

Ingredients to make Tatta kudum

  • Udak dal 1/2kg soaked at 4 hours
  • rice ravva 1 kg
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Pinch soda
  • 1 tsp methi seeds

How to make Tatta kudum

  1. Measure udad dal 1:2 like dall and ravva ..dal ,methi seedsput in water soaked at 4 hours . ...
  2. After 4 hours strain water put grinder make fine paste softly add 4 cups of washed rice ravva. Strain water and mix with the batter leave over 5 hours..
  3. Put cooker. Pour water.To the batter add salt,soda these batter pour to deep Tatta put into cooker.
  4. SteAm at 20 min..turn of serve that Tatta kudum good combination for red chutney coconut chutney..

My Tip:

After mix up ravva leave 5 hours after it should use
