Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Sprouts 1 cup
  2. Chopped palak 1 cup
  3. Besan 3 tsp
  4. Rice flour 2 tsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Chilli paste 2 tsp
  7. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  8. Oil as need
  9. 1 cup chopped onion


  1. Take sprouts and palak in big bowl.
  2. Add chopped onion,ginger, chiili paste ,salt
  3. Mix all these add Besan,Rice's flour for binding..
  4. Shape well put into oil wait until it comes gold color..
  5. Take to the plate ready to serve sprouts palak vada. best to eat tomato sauce.
