Heat some oil in a kadhai , after some time add jeera, rai and chopped green chilies into it.
Mix it well.
Add the chopped capsicum into it, stir a bit, then add the chopped onion. Stir a bit.
Now add your chopped tomatoes in to it. Stir well. Now add peas (matar).
Now add half spoon ( as per your taste) salt into it and then add 1 spoon turmeric powder , half spoon chilli powder and one spoon dhania powder.
Now mix them well
Add your mashedpotatoes in to it. Mix the mashed potatoes and the masala well until it turns fine yellow.
Now add finely chopped hara dhania on to it and stir it well. Then add 1/2 spoon aamchoor and 1/2 sugar.
Keep the potato mixture aside.
Now in a bowl mix some maida ( all purpose flour) and water well. Add salt ( as per your your taste) into the mixture. Add chilli flex, origano, black pepper and salt as per your taste.
Now take half bowl rawa for covering the sticks.
Take another empty bowl to prepare a dip. Add mayonese into it. Add a bit of origano, chilli flex , black pepper and salt.
Mix it well. You can also add some tomato sauce into it. ( optional).
It's time to prepare the sticks. Take a bread crust ( brown corner) spread the mashed potatoes mixture over it and then cover it with another stick.
Dip in maida batter,roll in rawa and deep fry.
