Fried milk

Ingredients to make Fried milk

  • Milk 200 ml
  • sugar 2 table spoon
  • Corn flour 50 gm
  • butter 2 table spoon
  • cardamom powder a pinch
  • maida 2 table spoon
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • cinnamon powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Castor sugar 1/4 teaspoon
  • Oil or ghee for frying

How to make Fried milk

  1. MILK 200 ML, CORN FLOUR 50 GM, SUGAR 2 TABLE SPOON AND A PINCH CARDAMOM MIX ALL WELL
  2. ADD BUTTER AND COOK TILL THICKENS
  3. THIS IS THE TEXTURE
  4. KEEP IT IN A GREESED BOWL AND REFRIGERATE IT FOR 1 HOUR
  5. AFTER AN HOUR TAKE IT OUT AND CUT INTO CUBES
  6. MAKE SLURRY WITH MAIDA
  7. DIP THE MILK PIECES IN MAIDA AND THEN IN BREAD CRUMBS TWICE TO GET THICK COATING OF CRUMBS
  8. DEEP FRY IT IN LOW FLAME
  9. SPRINKLE CASTOR SUGAR AND CINNAMON POWDER
