Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 200 gr
  2. Aalu bhujiya 2 cup
  3. Cornfloure 4 tbsp
  4. Curd 2 tbsp
  5. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  6. Salt
  7. Turmeric powder1/2 tbsp
  8. Chat masala 1 tbsp
  9. Gram floure 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the paneer squre shape
  2. Put aalubhujia in ziplog bag now roll it with rolling pin.
  3. Take a bowl add cornfloure ,chilli ,turmeric piwder ,salt,add water and make it solutute .mix all peneer piceses in it .
  4. Set in a fridgge for 1 hour
  5. Heat the pan add oil.make gramfloure liquid by adding chat masala and water
  6. Deep paneer in gramfloure and then put it on aalu bhujiya .
  7. It ll be stick on paneer .when oil get hot fry paneer at low flame .
  8. U can Serve it hot and cool also.
