Makhana Gulkand Barfi

Ingredients to make Makhana Gulkand Barfi

  • makhana 2 cup
  • Deciketed coconut 1 cup
  • cashew 12-15
  • Gulkand 3 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • ghee 1/2 tsp

How to make Makhana Gulkand Barfi

  1. Firstly roast Makhana and keep aside
  2. In a jar put makhana and Kaju griend it
  3. In a mixing bowl put griand makhana mixture, deciketed coconut, cardamom powder and mix well
  4. Heat a pan put sugar and water and boil it cook till sugar melt and gate 1 string consistency
  5. Now add mixture and mix well
  6. Take a plate apply ghee and put mixture and spread it and put gulakand on top and spread it ,again put some portion of makhana mixture and spread it.
  7. Cool and cut in pieces
  8. Makana kulkand barfi is ready. Enjoy the delicious dish
