Moong dal Spinach dhokla

Ingredients to make Moong dal Spinach dhokla

  • 2 cup moong dal (3 hours soaked)
  • 3 green chilly
  • 2 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • 1 cup spinach
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon asafetida
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sessme seeds
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 1 steam of kadi leaves

How to make Moong dal Spinach dhokla

  1. In a mixture bowl add soaked moong dal
  2. Add ginger paste
  3. Add green chilly
  4. Add garlic paste
  5. Add spinach
  6. Make batter like dhokla
  7. Cover it for 5 hours
  8. Let it ferment
  9. Now add salt to taste in batter and mix well
  10. Boil water in steamer
  11. Pore the batter in greasing plate
  12. Let steam for 10_12 min.
  13. Then add oil in tadka pan
  14. Add mustard seeds,sessme seeds
  15. Add asafetida
  16. Add kadi leaves
  17. Then pore it on dhokla
  18. Then cut it
  19. Sprinkle chopped coriander
  20. And serve it
