Tapioca pearls or sabudana is indulged in many forms during fasts one of them is sabudana kheer...i gave it a twist by adding mango flavour and some nutty crunch in it

Fruity sago pudding

Ingredients to make Fruity sago pudding

  • tapioca pearls 200 gram
  • Milk 1 litre
  • sugar 2 tablespoons
  • mango puree 1 cup
  • walnuts 2 tablespoons

How to make Fruity sago pudding

  1. Soak tapioca pearls for 2 hours
  2. Put milk in a pan on medium heat
  3. Add soaked sabudana in milk
  4. Cook till sabudana become translucent Keep stirring
  5. Add sugar
  6. Now turn off the flame
  7. Let it cool down
  8. Now add mango puree in it
  9. Add crushed walnuts in pudding
  10. Serve chilled
