Ingredients to make Surti Plaza

  • For dough :-
  • maida 1 cup
  • ghee 2 tbs
  • salt 2 pinch
  • water as required
  • For stuffing :-
  • Crumbled paneer 1/2 cup
  • Boiled chopped potatoes 2
  • Boiled green peas 1/2 cup
  • Fine Chopped green garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori tikka masala 1 tbsp
  • salt as your taste ( if needed )
  • water ( for stick covering )
  • Ketchap 1/2 cup
  • Naylon sev 1/2 cup
  • oil for deep fey
  • For serving :- (as your choice)
  • Green chatni
  • Ketchup
  • Mayonnaise
  • Naylon sev
  • pomegranate pearls
  • Chopped onions

How to make Surti Plaza

  1. In bowl add chopped potatoes, boiled green peas, chopped green garlic, coriander leaves and tandoori masala.
  2. Mix all ingredients well and keep aside.
  3. Take a plate add flour, salt and ghee then mix well.
  4. Add water little by little and make semi stiff dough.
  5. Make small balls from dough and roll thin roti .
  6. Add little stuffing of mixture on one side of roti.
  7. Apply little water on sides of roti then fold it and cut the edges of roti.
  8. It looks like a pocket then seal the edges with fork.
  9. Make all pockets as a same way.
  10. Heat oil in kadai then deep fry all pockets till it turn crispy.
  11. Cut the pockets.
  12. Now dip the pockets in ketchap then roll it in naylon sev.
  13. Serve plaza with chatni , mayonnaise ,onion, sev, ketchap and chatni.
