Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mawa 125 gm
  2. Powdered sugar 30 gm
  3. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  4. Milk 1 tbsp
  5. Saffron strends 10-12
  6. Chopped pistachios 5-6

Instructions

  1. Soak the saffron strends in luke warm milk.
  2. In a pan, dry roast the mawa for 2-3 mins, then add the saffron milk after 1 minute. Turn off the gas and let it cool.
  3. Add in powdered sugar, cardamom powder and pistachios. Mix it well together.
  4. Make pedas and garnish with pistachios.
