Ingredients to make Macaroni stuffed cheesy layered colored samosa

  • For dough
  • maida 1cup
  • Atta (wheat flour) 1/3 cup
  • Cheese cubes 2
  • jeera(cumin seeds) 1tsp
  • oil 1tsp
  • salt 1/4tsp
  • For filling
  • Potato 2 no boiled and grated
  • Bread crumbs 1/2cup
  • Green chilli 2
  • coriander leaves chopped 2tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • pepper powder 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • For stuffing
  • Macaroni 1/2cup boiled
  • chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Mixed herbs 1tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • For color blanched and pureed spinach 3tbsp

How to make Macaroni stuffed cheesy layered colored samosa

  1. Assemble all the ingredients for dough.
  2. Grate cheese.
  3. Mix all the ingredients under '' dough'' with little water to make a dough.
  4. Keep aside covered.
  5. Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients under '' filling'' and mix well.
  6. Filling is ready. Keep aside.
  7. For stuffing boil macaroni and drain.
  8. Now add all the spices and salt.
  9. Mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  10. Blanch spinach.
  11. Drain and Puree it.
  12. Now knead the covered dough again.
  13. Now everything is ready.
  14. Divide into six equal parts and make balls.
  15. Take one ball and roll a chapati.
  16. From half side cut vertically with a knife 5/6 times leaving the edge.
  17. Apply spinach puree in the other half.
  18. Dry for one minute.
  19. Now carefully overlap.
  20. Place 1tbsp potato mix.
  21. Then place 1tsp macaroni stuffing.
  22. Now apply water to the edges.
  23. Seal the edges carefully.
  24. Repeat the same process for all.
  25. Deep fry these on medium heat till done.
  26. Serve hot.

My Tip:

You can prepare the dough and stuffing ahead of time for a quick snack.
