Ingredients to make Cabbage carrot thepla

  • 11/4 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1tbsp Green chilli paste
  • 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tsp turmeric
  • 1tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1tbsp coriander and cumin powder
  • 1tbsp seasame seeds
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • salt as per taste
  • oil as required

How to make Cabbage carrot thepla

  1. In a pan plate take Cabbage, Carrot,all the masalas, seasome seeds,sugar, lemon juice and 2tbsp oil.
  2. Mix it well.
  3. Add wheat flour to it.
  4. With the help of water make a soft dough. Cover it and rest for just 5 mins.
  5. Make small balls from the dough.
  6. Roll small chapati.
  7. Put some oil and shallow fry all the theplas.
  8. Serve with tomato ketchup or curd.

My Tip:

you can add veggies of your choice.
