This is delicious Gujarati snack which can be made in two ways- Steamed or Fried. This one is a steamed version.
The traditional muthiya does have wheat flour to besan ratio as 3:1. Though one may increase besan by a half cup more.
I tried it but 1 cup each of wheat and besan ??? I hope wheat is little more in qty is it?? or the same
