For preparing the cake, take microwave safe dish and grease with oil and sprinkle all purpose flour on it and keep aside.
Now take a bowl and sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda in it and then add cocoa powder and mix well.
Now in a separate bowl take sugar and add curd and whisk well.
Add oil, vanilla syrup and stir.
Add this wet curd mix to all purpose flour mix and mix well and prepare the batter.
Now add the chocolate chips and walnuts to it and mix well.
Pour the batter into greased baking dish and bake for 12-13 minutes in preheated microwave.
Check the pin will come out clean and then keep aside.
Now let's prepare cookies and for that take a bowl and add ghee and whisk well until fluffy.
Add sugar powder and whisk well again.
Now add all purpose flour and sooji and mix well.
Now add baking powder and baking soda to it and prepare a dough.
There will be no need of any extra agent as with ghee itself the dough will form but still if required you can add more ghee.
Now take portions of this dough and flatten with hands and cut in center to form semi circle.
Stuff it with portion of prepared cake and seal back in the shape of samosa.
Now prepare rest of the pieces in similar way and bake all the cookies for 12 minutes.
Let them rest for some time until they come to room temperature and then enjoy.
