Ingredients to make mexican tacos

  • mozarella cheese 1/2 cup
  • amul cheese 1/2 cup
  • onion 2 finely chopped
  • tomato 1 finely chopped
  • capsicum 1 finely chopped
  • sauces mixed 1/2 cup
  • oregano chilli flaxes salt peper as per taste
  • all purpose flour1/2 cup
  • makkai ka aata 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour 1/2 cup
  • jeera 1 tbsp

How to make mexican tacos

  1. firstly mix all the flour and spices of ur choice and ka a stiff dough then rest for 10 minutes then make small discs out of it it should be too thin that you can look a bit through it then prick holes and dry roast them on tava then dip then in hot oil and after 5-6 seconds remove it and shape it like tacos or you can give them shape as you like.
  2. Then in a pan add oil then add all veges and cook for 2 minutes then add all the sauces and oregano and chilli flaxes (you can also add 1/4 cup corn over here.
  3. Next on a double boiler add both cheese and season them with oregano or you can just skip this step and add grated cheese over here.
  4. Assembling:-take a taco first fill some stuffing then add white sauce or grated cheese then add mayonese then top with pizza seasoning.
