  1. उकळून घेतलेला पास्ता
  2. 4 चमचे मैदा
  3. तिखट
  4. मीठ
  5. चाट मसाला
  6. तेल

Instructions

  1. उकळलेले पास्ता सुटे करून थंड करून घ्या
  2. पास्ता ला सुका मैदा चोळून घ्या
  3. तेल गरम करून त्या मध्ये पास्ता तळून घ्या
  4. तळलेल्या पास्ता वरती मीठ चाट मसाला तिखट टाकून मिक्स करा
  5. कुरकुरीत पास्ता तयार
