Maxican cusine is very much popular in india and we all love to have it. Mexican pulao, tacos,there are many dishes which are very tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cup boiled rice
  2. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 cup chop onion
  4. 1/4 cup boil french beans
  5. 1/4 cup chop capsicum
  6. 1/2 cup boiled raazma beans
  7. 1 green chilli
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/4 tsp haldi
  12. Fot tomato sauce----
  13. 1 tbsp oil
  14. 3 Tomatoes
  15. 4 garlic cloves
  16. 1/2 cuo chop onion
  17. 1 tsp chop ginger
  18. 2 green chilli
  19. salt as per taste
  20. 1 tspp red chilli powder
  21. 1/4 tsp haldi
  22. 1 tbsp sugar
  23. 1/4 tsp cartom seeds
  24. 2 cubes cheese
  25. For patties----
  26. 1 boil potato
  27. 1/4 cup paneer
  28. 2 tbsp Flour
  29. salt as per taste
  30. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  31. 1/4 tsp haldi
  32. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Heat oil add jeera
  2. Add onion and saute
  3. Add ginger garlic paste
  4. Now add all vegetables
  5. Stir fry them we will not cook too much
  6. As we bake later
  7. Add spices and coriander leaves
  8. Our rice are ready
  9. For sauce---
  10. Heat oil add jeera
  11. Add ginger and garlic
  12. Cook them add onion
  13. Saute them
  14. Add chop tomatoes and cook
  15. When they become soft add spices
  16. Turn off gas and let them cool
  17. Then add them in mixi and puree
  18. For patties----
  19. Take potato and paneer
  20. Mash them
  21. Add ginger paste
  22. Coriander leaves
  23. Add flour and spices
  24. Mix all of them finely
  25. Devide in equal parts
  26. Make patties of this mix
  27. And shallow fry them by adding oil
  28. Cook patties from both sides
  29. Now it's time for assembling-----
  30. Preheat ovan
  31. Take baking dish
  32. Transfer rice in its bottom
  33. Spread evenly
  34. Arrange patties on rice
  35. Now pour sauce upon it and cover rice
  36. Then grate cheese
  37. Add parsley and flakes
  38. Bake on 180 degree for 20 min.
  39. Serve hot
