Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawns 10
  2. Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp.
  3. Oil to shallow fry prawns.
  4. For the dressing
  5. Sugar 2 pinch
  6. Fish sauce 1 tbsp
  7. lemon juice 1/2 lemon
  8. Veg for Salad
  9. Capsicum red & green. 1/4 each, Cut into julienne pieces.
  10. Cucumber 1/2 small.sliced
  11. Onion 1 small.sliced
  12. Salad leaf 1/2 cup. Cut into big cubes
  13. Coriander leaves & mint leaves 1/4 cup.chopped.
  14. To saute
  15. Salad oil 1 tsp
  16. Minced garlic 1 cloves.
  17. Lime leaf 1 chopped.

Instructions

  1. Marinate prawns with chilli sauce. Keep aside
  2. Mix the ingredients given for dressing. Stir till sugar is dissolved.
  3. Heat a pan with oil to shallow fry prawns. Fry all prawns. Don't make very crispy.
  4. Remove.
  5. In the same oil, add salad dressing. Then put garlic, chillies & lime leaf. Fry for 1 sec.
  6. Then add onion, fry. Then put all veg , the prawn marinated sauce , if any, & the fried prawns.
  7. Toss well till everything is well coated with dressing.
  8. Keep on fire for a few seconds. The veg should be crispy.
  9. Serve hot.
