Ingredients to make Ema Datshi

  • big green thick chilies 5 to 8
  • I big onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cube cheese
  • 2 tspn milk
  • salt to taste

How to make Ema Datshi

  1. 1 chop chillies lengthwise
  2. chop onions and tomato.
  3. chop tomato
  4. boil a cup of water in a pan add salt
  5. add onion and chilies in boiling water cook it for 3 to 4 minuets
  6. add tomato
  7. cook till all done
  8. add milk and cheese cook for 1 minuet
