An english dessert loaded with full of cream and chocos will be a crowd pleaser in this summer.

Maltesers Caramel Icecream cake

Ingredients to make Maltesers Caramel Icecream cake

  • Maltesers choco balls - 20
  • Whipping cream - 2 cups
  • Condensed milk - 1 cup
  • Vanilla Extract - 2 teaspoon
  • Caramel syrup - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 3 tablespoon
  • Choco biscuits - 10

How to make Maltesers Caramel Icecream cake

  1. Mix condensed milk with vanilla extract.
  2. Whip the cream till the soft peak forms.
  3. Combine the condensed milk and vanilla mixture with the cream mixture. Fold it gently with some crushed malteser balls.
  4. Grind the biscuit with butter in a processor.
  5. In a loaf pan line the biscuit mixture and make it even using a spatula.
  6. After that pour the icecream mixture and keep it in freezer for atleast 6 hours.
  7. Drizzle the caramel syrup on the ice cream and garnish it with maltesers choco balls...

My Tip:

You can even add honey or choco syrup to the top of the ice cream.
