About Ghewar Tiramisu Recipe

Ghewar is a Rajasthani sweet and Tiramisu is an Italian dessert. I made a fusion of Ghewar Tiramisu.

Ghewar Tiramisu

Ingredients to make Ghewar Tiramisu

  • Maida (all purpose flour) - 300 gms.
  • ghee - 100 gms.
  • Milk - 100 gms.
  • water - 300 gms.
  • oil for frying
  • mawa 250 gms
  • Coffee 2tsp
  • sugar syrup 4-5tsp
  • Dark compound chocolate 250 grms

How to make Ghewar Tiramisu

  1. In a bowl, add ghee and whisk with ice cubes until ghee becomes fluffy and white.
  2. Now add flour, milk and water and make a very thin batter.
  3. Keep the batter in a cool place or refrigerate it. Take a small pan and heat oil.
  4. When oil gets hot enough, pour 1 ladle of the batter and pour another after 1min
  5. When centre is firm And settled. Pull out the ghewar gently.
  6. Take another bowl and mix mawa and coffee together and whisk until soft and fluffy
  7. Now add little sugar and mix well
  8. In a glass, make a layer of ghevar, you can cut the ghevar and set it in the glass
  9. Now make a second layer of coffee mixture and then dark chocolate sauce
  10. Repeat until it fills the glass.
  11. Grate some chocolate on it and serve
