ABOUT Prawns Hariyali RECIPE

This is a delicious side dish , made with prawns to be served with roti.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. small prawns 2 cup
  2. Coriander Leaves 1 cup
  3. coconut cut in pieces 1/2 cup
  4. Gingers 1 inch
  5. Garlic 8-10 nos
  6. Chilli 1 nos
  7. Amba haldar 1 inch
  8. Lili haldar 1 inch
  9. Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam mashala powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Dhania jeera powder 1 tsp
  13. Lemon 1/2
  14. salt to taste
  15. Oil 1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the prawns
  2. take coconut coriander ginger garlic chilli amba Haldar and lili haldar
  3. make a paste
  4. take bowl add prawns and green masala
  5. take all dry masala
  6. and mix it
  7. mix properly
  8. rest 5 minuets
  9. take pan add oil
  10. when heat oil add prawns mixture
  11. mix properly and cover with lid and cooked slow flame
  12. cooked till prawns and masala are well cooked
  13. serve with roti
