Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Mushrooms 250 grams
  2. Carrot, beans, cauliflower, peas - 1 cup
  3. Paneer 1 cup
  4. Onion 2
  5. Mashed potato 1 cup
  6. Chilly powder 1 tbsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1 tbs
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Corn flour 1 cup
  10. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  11. oil to fry


  1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems gently from them.
  2. Boil the onion and vegetables all together add salt chilly powder garam masala powder and mashed finely.
  3. Add the paneer in mashed vegetables and mix it well.
  4. The stuffing is ready.
  5. Fill the stuffing inside the mushroom's hole
  6. Close the hole by using mashed potato
  7. Cover the stuffed mushrooms fully with mashed potato.
  8. Make a thin batter of corn flour and water.
  9. Dip the stuffed mushrooms in the corn flour batter.
  10. Role it in bread crumbs.
  11. Heat the oil and deep fry it.
  12. Serve with garlic sauce.
