Kunafa Without Oven

Ingredients to make Kunafa Without Oven

  • 3 cups rosted seviyan/vermicelli
  • 1 cup dry fruits
  • 2 cups melted butter
  • 2cups milk
  • 3tsp sugar
  • 4/5tsp cornflour
  • 1/2cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1tsp vanilla essence optional
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2cup rose water

How to make Kunafa Without Oven

  1. Take all the ingredients.
  2. Take milk add sugar and corn flour cook sauce on low flame.
  3. Add Cheese in it.
  4. Turn off heat when creamy sauce is ready.
  5. Take sugar add water and heat it. Make sugar syrup like gulab jamun chashni. Add lemon juice and rose water.
  6. Add melted butter in the vermicelli mix it well.
  7. Grease pan with butter.add vermicelli to pan press it properly.
  8. Press vermicelli layer.
  9. Add second layer of cream cheese.
  10. Add dry fruits on cream layer.
  11. Add vermicelli layer press it properly.
  12. Keep tabs on low flame.keep prepared pan on tava and cover it with lid for 15 min
  13. De Mould kunafa in to serving plate. Add sugar syrup on it. Add dry fruits. Ready to serve.
