Mango pana cotta

Ingredients to make Mango pana cotta

  • 2 mango
  • 4 tsp gelatin
  • Caream 1 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Chopped mango for garnishing
  • Chocolate for garnishing

How to make Mango pana cotta

  1. Take a bowl put 2 soopn gelatin and 1/2 cup of warm water and mix well
  2. Peel and cut mango and then blend it
  3. Now mix gelatin in Mango puree
  4. If more sweetness is required, add sugar
  5. ‎take a glass and place it in tilting position .
  6. fill each glass almost to the edge and ‎chill in refrigerator for 2 hour
  7. take a bowl put 2 tsp gelatin and mix well
  8. now add cream, sugar ,pinch of salt and vanilla extract and mix well
  9. ‎now remove the glass from the fridge fill with vanilla cream mixture top of mango mixture up to the edges of the glass
  10. Again ‎chill in refrigerator until set about
  11. Pana cotta is ready
  12. Garnish with chopped mango and chocolate
