Ingredients to make Eallu chutney

  • Eallu 3 spoons
  • red chilly 3
  • coconut 2 spoons
  • tamarind small lemon size
  • water to make paste
  • salt

How to make Eallu chutney

  1. Take gingerly oil In a pan
  2. Fry red chilly
  3. Fry ellau till it burst
  4. Roast the coconut till it turns brown in colour
  5. Put all the ingredients in the jar
  6. Along with.tamarind
  7. Add salt
  8. Allow them to cool Then grind them
  9. In pan add gingerly oil burst Mustard seeds curry leaves Asafotedia
  10. Add the grinded mixture
  11. Ready to serve with hot rice Along with gingerly oil
  12. All the ingredients
  13. Fry all ingredients separately

My Tip:

Instead of eallu u can use dhania seeds
