Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cup cooked rice
  2. 2 dry red chili
  3. 1 tes udad dal
  4. 2 cup curd
  5. Coriander for garnishing
  6. 2 teb cheese
  7. 1 tab grated carrots
  8. 1 1/2 teb oil
  9. 1 tes mustered seeds
  10. 4 to 5 Curry leaves
  11. 1 tes chopped Green chili
  12. 1/4 cup Green peace
  13. Taste of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix Curd & rice add salt as per test in bowl & add green chili mix them.
  2. Heat pan add 2 teb oil
  3. add mustard seeds
  4. add curry leaves
  5. add 1 tsp udad dal
  6. after 1 min add 2 dry chill mix them
  7. Add par boiled green peas & carrot mix them
  8. add this mixture in Curd rice.
  9. Mix this mixture equally.
  10. Garnish with coriander & cheese
