Ingredients to make Rajasthani Mirchi Vada
- 5-6 Bhavnagri green chillies or any Chillies (Banana Peppers) which are on the lower end of heat
- 2-3 potatoes boiled and mashed
- 1-1/2 - 2 Cups gram flour (Besan)
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1/4 Teaspoon asafoetida (Hing)
- 1 Tablespoon red chilli powder
- 1 Tablespoon fennel seeds powder ( Saunf powder)
- 1 Tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 Tablespoon anardana or Aamchur powder
- Finely Chopped Fresh coriander Leaves
- salt to taste
