Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Panner 250 gm
  2. Green peas 250 gm
  3. 4 Tomatoes medium size
  4. 2 onion medium size
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Fresh cream 1/ 4 cup
  7. Garlic 6to 8pods
  8. Ginger small piece
  9. Green chillies 2
  10. Bay leaves,2
  11. Cinnamon 1piece
  12. Dhainya jeera powder 3tsp
  13. Turmeric 1/2tsp
  14. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  15. Sugar 1/4 tsp
  16. Garam masala 1to2tsp
  17. Kasturi methi. 1tsp
  18. Cashew nuts 2tbsp
  19. Oil 3tbsp
  20. Ghee 2tbsp
  21. Oil for frying panner
  22. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan take 2tsp oil fry chopped onion, garlic pods, ginger,green chillies, cashew nuts for few minutes add chopped tomatoes salt cover & cook till tomatoes turn soft .when cools down grind in a mixture to smooth paste add 1/4 milk instead of water..grind well
  2. In a khadai add 2tbsp ghee &2tbsp oil bay leaves, cinnamon stick, add dhaniya jeera powder, haldi powder,LAL mirch powder,fry on slow flame for few seconds.Add grinded paste..fry , cover andcook on slow flame till oil separates
  3. Add garam masala and fry for few seconds..
  4. Add boiled peas ,fried panner and mix well adjust salt and water for consistency cover and cook for few minutes
  5. Add crushed kasturi methi,cream and cook for for few minutes..
  6. Serve hot with naan or roti and ring onions
