Ingredients to make Capsicum salan Maharashtra

  • 1/4 kg capsicum long slices
  • 1 cup roasted peanuts
  • Half cup white til shallow fri it
  • 1 cup onion peices
  • 1 ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup tomato puri
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 birayani leaf
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 2 tsp fresh cream
  • 2 lavangas

How to make Capsicum salan Maharashtra

  1. Keep cadai pour oil add biryani leaf,lavang Fri little
  2. Add onions, put garlic ginger paste, tomato puri keep cook until raw Ness left over
  3. Add capsicum slices gently mix well
