                  This unusual Gopal Gatta curry is one of the 56 bhog to lord Gopala krishna. I made, with dry fruits twist and creamy curry
 
                          It seems to be so yummyy...
 
       
             
          To make gatta, in a bowl mix 2tsp oil, chickpea flour, salt and little turmeric and bind with little water. Cover the dough and let rest for 15mins.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix grated Mawa and dry fruits. And heat water to boil the gatta.
Now, make small ball like shape with chickpea dough and fill it with the mawa and dry fruits filling. And transfer these balls to hot water to boil.
They will be very delicate to handle, handle them very gently. Once done take them out. And fry them in oil until they get golden.
Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin, bay leaf, and tomato puree and saute them.
Now add turmeric, Garam masala, salt and pepper, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, and hing and saute until oil separates (add water as needed).
Now add 1cup of water and let it to boil, after that add gatte and add 1tsp Grated Mawa and cook for a minute.
Now add kasturi methi and coriander leaves and serve hot.
