Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1 raw mango grated
  3. 5 curry leaves
  4. 1 tsp chanadol
  5. 2 tsp peanuts
  6. 1 tsp urak dol
  7. 1 tsp jera
  8. 1 tsp rai
  9. 1 pinch asfeoatada
  10. 1 pinch haldi
  11. 4 chili slices
  12. 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Keep Fri pan on flame pour oil add peanuts Fri it roasted and separate
  2. Add chili slices Fri for 1 min and separate
  3. With the same pan add urak dol,chana dol Fri as gold colour,add Rai,jera, curry leaves,haldi, asfeoatada, this is puliyogara tadaka
  4. Mean while take a bowl put rice, mango grated,salt mix as well add tadaka
  5. Take a serving bowl keep Aam chaval serve as tadaka..it's a good taste can make Quickly
