Ingredients to make Palak dol tadaka

  • 1/2kg tuvar dol soaked 1 hour
  • 1 bunch palak wash and chopped
  • 3 green chilies
  • 1 tsp rock salt
  • 1 cup tamarind juice
  • Tadaka
  • Asfeoatada pinch
  • haldi pinch
  • curry leaves

How to make Palak dol tadaka

  1. Heat in cooker put dol and palak,chilies close lid keep vissle ..wait should come 4 vissles
  2. While open cooker do hand smash in dol ,add salt,chili powder keep on firm until comes nice texture
  3. Add tamarind juice,pinch haldi keep boil...it becomes thick
  4. Heat in a oil put Rai,jeera, garlic,lol mirchi, curry leaves, asfeoatada,haldi Fri it gets nice aroma
  5. Keep a bowl pour Dil add tadaka on top of the dol
  6. Ready to serve dol tadaka

My Tip:

methi leaves also can use this
