About Roasted butter chicken Recipe

A 3 days marinated chiken can give you a very delicious taste.in olden days kings cooks kept marinate chicken for a week for the better taste .and the marination started from that period.

Ingredients to make Roasted butter chicken

  • For....marination......
  • chicken....half kg.
  • curd.....2 bowl.
  • ginger garlic paste...2 tab.spoon
  • Kasuri methi.......2 tab.spoon.
  • cumin seed powder.1 tab.spoon
  • Kitchen king masala...1 tab.spoon.
  • mint leaves.....10 to 12 leaves.
  • Carrom seeds......half teaspoon.
  • cream......half bowl.
  • 15 to 20 cashew nut paste.
  • Salt red chilly as per your taste.
  • .....
  • Thinely chopped onions....3
  • Blanched tomatoes.puree...............6
  • butter................6 tab.spoon.
  • cinnamon........1 stick.
  • Crushed Green cardamom.......2 3
  • bay leaf.......3 to 4
  • Receipe.......
  • Take a big bowl.
  • Put properly washed chiken in it.
  • Put curd.and ginger garlic paste.
  • Kasuri methi ,salt and turmeric.
  • Orange colour.(optional)
  • Kitchen king masala. cumin seed powder.
  • Carrom seed crushed.
  • Cream and mint leaves thinly chopped.
  • Mix all ingredients properly
  • Put it in the fridge for marination.

How to make Roasted butter chicken

  1. For Gravy...
  2. In a heavy pan put 1 tab.spoon oil.
  3. Then add butter
  4. ut cinnamon,cardamam ans bay leaf.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste.
  6. Now add onions
  7. . Soute it till pinkish colour appears.
  8. Now add blanched tomato puree.
  9. Cook it in simmer flame.
  10. For some time
  11. Now add cashew nut paste.
  12. Now take out marinated chicken from the fridge.
  13. Put it in another pan on the flame.
  14. Soute the chiken till its moisture reduces
  15. When it.looks dry.switch off the flame.
  16. Now put this chiken on papad roasting tava or roast it in oven .
  17. When chicken roasted bit blakish.
  18. Put all the pieces in the gravy.
  19. And stir it carefully.
  20. Put salt as per your taste and red chilly.
  21. Add some butter.
  22. Cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  23. Now switch off the flame.
  24. Garnish with ciriander and cream.
